Joyce Xia is currently a Global Talent Acquisition Partner at TikTok, specializing in HR, talent acquisition, and talent management. Previously, Joyce worked as a Consultant at Robert Walters, managing full life-cycle recruitment for industrial sales and marketing roles, and successfully achieved personal billing of CNY1.05 million in 2020. They also served as a Recruiter at Microsoft, leading recruitment efforts for technical and engineering positions across Asia-Pacific regions and successfully closing over 70 positions in a fiscal year. Joyce gained valuable experience as an Associate Consultant at Michael Page, providing a full range of recruitment services in finance positions, and recently completed internships in recruitment and HR at ENGIE Impact. Joyce holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Soochow University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Singapore Management University.
