Joyce (Jiaxin) Yi is a multilingual, entrepreneurial marketer currently serving as a Category Manager for Beauty at TikTok Shop. Joyce has extensive experience in e-commerce and technology, having worked with major companies such as Tencent, Ogilvy, and Elevance Health, where they managed multimillion-dollar branding campaigns and developed strategic content solutions. Joyce co-founded two startups, focusing on user growth and innovative marketing strategies, and holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from NYU Tisch in Film and Television Production.
