Ju Park

Ju Park is a professional with extensive experience in content creation, machine learning, and project management. Currently serving in the AI Data Service and Operations role at TikTok since October 2023, Ju Park leads initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of automated review machine learning models within the Trust and Safety department. Prior to TikTok, Ju Park was a Content Specialist at SmartNews, Inc., where responsibilities included developing over 10 machine learning models for quality content detection and overseeing a team of annotators. Additional experience includes roles as a Product Manager at WeFit, where collaboration with software engineers led to the development of a social fitness mobile app, and various reporting positions at The Korea Herald, focusing on national issues and multimedia content. Ju Park holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
