Kyle Chen has extensive experience in operations and content partnerships within the technology and digital media sectors. At TikTok, from March 2021 to April 2022, Kyle served as Head of Operations for MENA & South Asia and led the Celebrity & Top Creators team, with a focus on TikTok Shopping in Indonesia. Additionally, Kyle held the position of Director of Content & Partnerships in India & South Asia, overseeing various initiatives including partnerships with top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), celebrity and entertainment content, and creator monetization strategies. Prior to TikTok, Kyle worked at Alibaba Group as a Senior Business Development Manager, concentrating on user growth for all in-house applications, and at Huawei Technologies as a Global Solution Sales Manager, with experience in regions including China, South America, and Africa. Kyle holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Heriot-Watt University and Politecnico di Milano.
