Lee Burnham

Lee Burnham is an experienced professional in risk management and security operations, currently serving in Global Resilience Operations at TikTok since May 2024. Prior experience includes senior roles at Barclays as Head of Operations and Technical Security Projects EMEA and Regional Security Manager EMEA from April 2017 to June 2024, as well as Risk and Security Manager EMEA at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in 2016. Lee also held positions at Thomson Reuters, including Security Operations Manager for the EMEA region, and has a background in asset protection with G4S. Lee's career began in the Royal Marines as a Commando, complemented by extensive education in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester and studies in Terrorism and Close Protection Services from the University of St Andrews and Buckinghamshire New University.
