Libby Dai is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth strategies and integrated marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing & Growth Head at TikTok since April 2021, Libby oversees Douyin Shop marketing and global creator growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Libby worked at 拼多多 as the Senior Marketing Director, leading the integrated marketing and strategy center from June 2019 to April 2021. Libby's expertise includes significant campaigns during tenure at Tmall.com & Tmall Global from January 2017 to June 2019, where important marketing efforts such as the 88VIP launch and the 11.11 shopping festival were executed. Additionally, Libby served as a Marketing Manager at Uber from September 2015 to December 2016, handling various marketing and branding activities. Libby is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, holding a BA in International Communication with French.
