Linsha Y. is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as an HR at TikTok since November 2021, Linsha previously held the role of Director of People at Petuum, Inc. from June 2019 to October 2021. Linsha co-founded a venture in Artificial Intelligence, serving as VP of Operations and HR from April 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, Linsha worked at Amazon from March 2010 to April 2015 in various recruiting roles, ultimately becoming the Head of Recruiting for China Operations. Linsha's career began at Siemens as an HR Program Manager from June 2008 to March 2010. Linsha holds an MBA with concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Operations Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, completed in 2019.
