Luke Dockry

Luke Dockry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, business development, and operational transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at TikTok, Luke is focused on enhancing content moderation models and regulatory compliance while managing a team of three program managers. Previously, as a Manager - Sector Lead at Parva Consulting, Luke played a key role in business development and project management. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Dockhill Construction and Civil Engineering Limited, where significant projects were undertaken, and various positions at EY, culminating in a Senior Manager role advising major clients on transformation initiatives. Academically, Luke holds a Master's in Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Diploma in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a BCL(Hons) in Law from University College Cork.
