Previously, they worked at Meta as a Policy Manager, where they acted as a spokesperson and cultivated partnerships while handling crisis communication. Matt also served as a Senior Advisor for Xochitl Torres-Small's congressional campaign and gained experience in the U.S. House of Representatives under Speaker Nancy Pelosi, managing significant legislative initiatives.
