Nova Dando is an award-winning creative director and filmmaker based in London, currently serving as the Global Creative Director at TikTok Global Creative Lab since 2023. They previously held the role of Creative Director for Fashion and Beauty at TikTok Creative Lab EU from 2020 to 2023, where they helped brands achieve TikTok fame and exceeded revenue targets. Prior to their time at TikTok, Nova managed their own creative studio from 2004 to 2020, leading large-scale production teams and working with notable clients across various platforms. They also contributed as a visiting lecturer at the London College of Fashion from 2014 to 2020 and were a PR and Communications Assistant earlier in their career. Nova earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Textiles from Central St Martins College of Art and Design.
