江东谢 is the TikTok Shop UK Merchant Acquisition Lead, responsible for building the merchant recruitment system in the UK. Since 2021, they have spearheaded key projects that increased the total number of UK merchants significantly while optimizing recruitment strategies. Prior to their role at TikTok, they gained diverse experience through internships at companies such as BDA, PwC, and Aon Hewitt, where they contributed to market analysis and financial consulting projects. 江东谢 earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, where they also served as a tutor for junior students.
