Qiao MA is currently a PMO Expert and Technical Program Manager at TikTok, where they lead multi-project tracks and manage resource allocation. With extensive experience in project and product management, Qiao has held various roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager at Hulu/Disney Streaming and Project Manager at both Launch Vehicle Tech and DeepGlint. They have also completed internships in engineering at institutions such as Ecole Centrale de Lyon and INRIA. Qiao holds certifications in PMP® and ACP® and has a keen interest in bridging gaps between engineering, market, and design elements.
