Robert Phan

Robert Phan is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in network security and information technology. Currently serving as Network Security Lead at TikTok since September 2022, Robert has implemented a comprehensive network security strategy that enhances the protection of US infrastructure. Before TikTok, Robert was a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at Ross Stores, Inc., where significant achievements included migrating to virtualized Palo Alto Next Gen firewalls and implementing advanced threat protection solutions. Previous roles include Information Security Engineer at Safeway and Senior Network Security Engineer at AXA Investment Managers, where responsibilities focused on building secure network environments and managing security policies across multiple regions. Robert's career began in 1995, with progressively responsible positions at various organizations, including VERISIGN, Nokia Enterprise Solutions, and Kaiser Permanente.
