Sameer Chowdhri is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Global E-Commerce Operations and Trust & Safety at TikTok, Sameer has previously held prominent roles at Facebook, including Global Head for Workplace HR and Head HRBP for Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to Facebook, Sameer held various HR leadership positions at Microsoft, focusing on talent strategy across multiple divisions, and at Accenture, overseeing executive recruitment and HR operations.
