Shell Razali

Shell Razali is currently the Global Quality Analyst Lead for Trust & Safety at TikTok, a position held since 2020. Previously, Shell worked in various capacities at both TikTok and ByteDance in quality assurance roles, enhancing the standards of digital content. Prior to these roles, Shell served as a Quality Assurance Editor at Astro from 2013 to 2019, managing the quality performance of TV programs and ensuring compliance with broadcast standards. Shell's career began as a Media Data Researcher at Isentia and an Assistant Producer at Media Prima Berhad. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Universiti Teknologi MARA, graduating with first-class honours.
