Stephen Bonner

Stephen Bonner is a Board Member, ex-Big 4 Partner, Board Advisor, and Digital Risk & Resilience Specialist, currently serving as the EU Security and Privacy Lead at TikTok. They also hold the position of Deputy Commissioner and Executive Director, Regulatory Supervision at the Information Commissioner’s Office, where they focus on regulatory cyber assurance and enforcement. With nearly a decade as an Equity Partner at Deloitte LLP and KPMG LLP, Stephen has held significant roles in Cyber and Privacy Risk Services. Their extensive experience includes leadership positions at Barclays PLC and various advisory roles, including the Industry Chair of MI5’s Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure Financial Services Information Exchange. Stephen is actively engaged in shaping the future of information security as a Board member of the Chartered Institute of Information Security.
