Steven Lee is currently the Global Lead Program Manager and AI Analyst at TikTok, leading a team of ten program managers globally and focusing on continuous improvements in AI model development. Prior to this role, they were a Lead Project Manager and Senior Technical Project Manager at Shopee, where they contributed significantly to the ShopeePay initiative. Steven has also served as a Team Lead at Pactera Singapore, where they received the 2018 Inspire Award, and as a Software Quality Analyst Engineer at REA Group Asia, where they excelled in multiple hackathons. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, from the University Malaysia Pahang.
