Thomas Porter is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in Employee Relations and HR Business Partnering. At EDF Energy, Thomas served as an HR Advisor and HR Regional Case Advisor, handling complex case hearings in the South East region. While at GSK, Thomas held multiple roles including HR People Services Lead for EMEA, Global HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Customer Support Lead, and HR Project Lead for a major corporate relocation, demonstrating expertise in change management and employee relations. Thomas also contributed to Deloitte as an HR Assistant and currently works at TikTok as HRBP Leader & Country Head for Trust & Safety, alongside prior experience as EMEA HRBP Leader and Global HR Leader. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex and a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management.
