Tim O'Brien

Tim O'Brien is currently a Senior Counsel in the Legal Department at TikTok, overseeing complex litigation and corporate investigations. With experience as Associate General Counsel at Capital One and Meta, O'Brien has successfully managed consumer class actions, government investigations, and corporate compliance issues. They began their legal career as an Associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP and later served as Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they handled significant class action litigation involving national banks. O'Brien holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Tufts University.
