Avro Roy is a seasoned taxation professional with over 20 years of experience in taxation, business commercial planning, and finance. Currently serving as the Manager of Taxation at TIL Limited, Roy oversees the indirect tax division and implements strategies to ensure compliance and optimize tax benefits. Previously, Roy held roles at Britannia Industries Limited and BOC India, where contributions included streamlining tax compliance structures and leading key finance operations. Roy is also a self-employed consultant, providing strategic advice on finance and taxation to startups and MSMEs. Education includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management.
