Rupert Shingleton

Rupert Shingleton is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Tilbury Douglas. With over three decades of experience, Rupert has led multi-disciplinary teams as Project Director on projects valued up to £1 billion and has focused on operational excellence during their tenure at Costain from 1992 to 2023. Rupert’s commitment to transparency and decision-making is reflected in their work culture, emphasizing collaboration and excellence. Additionally, Rupert is an active member of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Board Member of the Get It Right Initiative.
