Manaleage T. has been in the workforce since 2010, when they began working at Bridgepoint Education as a Business Intelligence Systems Analyst. They then moved into a role as Business Operations Systems Analyst, followed by Operations Coordinator and Corporate Advisor. In 2015, they began teaching as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Ashford University. In 2016, they took on the role of Product Manager at Zovio, and in 2019, they began working as Senior Product Manager at Tiled and Chapter Lead at Women In Product.

Manaleage T. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara between 2007 and 2010. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance - Forbes School of Business from Ashford University. In August 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Agile For All, LLC.
