Michele Pomposo

Michele P. began their career in 2008 as a Market Research Analyst at Osservatori Digital Innovation. In 2009, they moved to Banco Santander as a Risk Controller. In 2011, they joined Neomobile as Head of EMEA, and was also appointed as Country Manager and Growth Project Manager. In 2018, they moved to D-go as Head of Strategy & Operations, where they led the company turnaround and reported directly to the CEO. In 2021, they joined Softlab Group as COO Office - Strategic Projects. Most recently, in 2022, they became COO of Tiledesk, where their role is to help realize the company's vision of being the center of the conversational platform revolution.

Michele P. has a comprehensive educational background. Michele obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 2003 and 2006. Michele then completed a Master of Science in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2007 and 2009, followed by a Postgraduate Programme in Banking & Risk from Universidad de Alcalá between 2009 and 2010. Additionally, they completed an ERASMUS programme in Project Management at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2008. Michele P. has also obtained two additional certifications: Leading with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in December 2019, and Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict from LinkedIn in May 2019.
