Andy Mullins

Andy Mullins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andy is currently the Director of Operations at Tilit NYC since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at OddFellows Ice Cream Co. from March 2018 to September 2022. Before that, they worked at Nobletree Coffee, where they held positions such as Retail Director, General Manager, and Educator from July 2015 to March 2018. Andy also worked as a Translator at Oslobođenje from January 2012 to December 2016 and as a Resident Fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations from February 2013 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Atlantic Partnership from October 2013 to April 2015 and as the Southeast European Economic Forum Coordinator at the America Bosnia Foundation from June 2011 to March 2012.

Andy Mullins earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Studies from the University of Washington, completing this program from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (MAIS) with a focus on Russian, East European, and Central Asian Studies at the same university, graduating between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Andy obtained the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust in 2019 and became a Certified Sake Professional through the Sake Education Council in 2022.
