Joshua Sim has accumulated diverse experience in sustainability and finance roles across several companies. At CIMB, Joshua contributed as a Protégé in Group Sustainability, focusing on carbon footprint research, budget planning for The Cooler Earth Sustainability Summit 2022, and data collection for GHG and waste trends. As a Student Ambassador for The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, engagement in industry initiatives was undertaken. Joshua further advanced in finance as a Senior Finance Assistant at Tillo, overseeing treasury and finance operations, including intercompany liquidity management and reconciliations. Previously, Joshua served as an Intern at Alphazen Contract, assisting in site evaluations and technical adjustments in construction projects. In addition, a role as a Trading Assistant at Sainsbury's was held from December 2022 to March 2025. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and is pursuing a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA.
