Beth Sandell

Beth Sandell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beth began their career at NetChannel in 1996 as VP of HR/OD, and then moved on to Quokka Sports, Inc. in 1998 as VP of HR/Organizational Design & Development. In 2002, they joined Weathernews as SVP of Media Services and also took on the role of VP of Corporate Development. Beth later transitioned to Weathernews Americas Inc as SVP of Media Services in 2004. In 2005, they became a Partner at Sid R. Bass Associates. Finally, since 2010, Beth has been working at Tillster, Inc., where they serve as the SVP of Human Capital. In this role, they handle various responsibilities such as organizational and operational strategy, human resources management, talent acquisition, change management, and engagement with global brand partners. Beth also plays a crucial role in driving business and workforce efficiency and capabilities.

Beth Sandell attended Agnes Scott College from 1972 to 1976, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they enrolled at Seminary from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Master of Divinity degree. During their time at Seminary, Beth focused on studying Theology, Ethics, and Adult Learning.
