Archie Gleason has a comprehensive and successful work history in the sales and marketing industry. Archie currently serves as the Director of National Accounts at Tilray Brands, Inc. Since joining Sycamore Brewing in 2017 as the VP of Sales, they have significantly increased annual dollar sales from $500,000 to $13,000,000 in 2022 and grew the annual volume sales to retail from 1,000 to 26,000 barrels with a consistent annual volume growth of 90% over five years. Before Sycamore Brewing, Archie worked as the Director of National Accounts at Enjoy Beer, where they achieved impressive chain account volume growth and implemented effective sales strategies. Archie also held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at Stagnaro Distributing, where they managed various teams and successfully developed and managed the Craft Import and Cider Division. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing at Restaurant Management & Development Corporation, implementing successful marketing programs and overseeing beverage buying for multiple restaurants. Archie began their career as a Key Account Manager at Molson Coors.
