Edward Cohen

Edward Cohen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and counsel roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Tilray Brands, Inc. since 2021, Edward has held previous positions as Corporate Counsel at AWH and Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Prior experiences include working as an Associate at Pryor Cashman and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, as well as intern roles at the New York City Law Department and various U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts. Edward holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by an exchange semester at The University of Hong Kong.
