Lauren Shepard

Lauren Shepard currently serves as Compliance Manager for the Beverage Division at Tilray Brands, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Lauren was the Compliance Manager at WeldWerks Brewing Co., responsible for managing compliance-related matters in the craft brewing sector. As the Vice President of Culture Beverage, Lauren launched the company as a leading artisanal beer and cider distributor in Colorado, overseeing daily operations and compliance. With extensive experience at Shelton Brothers Importers as National Cider Director, Lauren developed an extensive portfolio of cider imports. Additional roles include FEED Director at The Catamounts, Sales Associate/Assistant Beer Buyer at West Lakeview Liquors, and internships at Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Milwaukee Repertory Theater. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dramatic Art/Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
