Rachel Hamm

Rachel Hamm currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Income Tax at Tilray Brands, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held multiple positions at Koch Industries from November 2016 to September 2024, including Tax Accounting Optimization Lead, where leadership focused on enhancing tax accounting capabilities through data utilization and automation, and International Tax Accounting Lead, responsible for US international income tax provisioning and financial reporting. Earlier experience includes Senior Manager and Manager roles at Molex, managing domestic and international tax provisions, and state income tax compliance responsibilities across various Koch subsidiaries. Rachel also worked as a Senior State Income Tax Specialist at Arby's Restaurant Group and The Wendy's Company and began their career as Corporate Tax Staff at Bennett Thrasher. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Auburn University.
