Cheryl Patterson

Cheryl Patterson is an experienced professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as a Leave Success Manager at Tilt since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cheryl held the position of Benefit Manager at Husson University from April 2018 to June 2022. Cheryl has also worked as an Employee Benefit Account Manager at Cross Insurance, managing insurance and benefits for a diverse portfolio of clients in Maine, from August 2013 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager at Watch Me Shine and Morris Yachts, as well as serving in the same capacity at Rudman Winchell- Counselors at Law from 2005 to 2010.
