Ruth G. transitioned from their role as a Bilingual Sr. Advocate4Me Rep at UnitedHealth Group to Lead Leave Specialist at Katy ISD, before becoming a Leave Success Manager II at Tilt. Prior to these roles, Ruth also worked as a Records Specialist in Criminal History and a Leave Specialist in Human Resources. Currently, Ruth is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
