Pearl Keane

Pearl Keane has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Pearl started their career in 2016 as a Senior Counselor at the Sports Camp of America, where they facilitated cross-cultural experiences for Japanese and international students. Pearl subsequently worked as a Marketing Intern at the Los Angeles World Affairs Council in 2017 and as a User Experience and Communications Manager at Aidha in the same year.

In 2018, Pearl worked as a Leadership Conference Intern at Best Buddies International. Pearl then joined the University of Southern California as a Communications Specialist, where they mentored international students and facilitated open discussions in English.

In 2019, Pearl became a Business Development Consultant at FC Hostel, focusing on creating a unique guest experience that bridged the gap between local Mayan culture and international backpacker culture. Pearl also served as the Head of Partnerships and Programs at Duet, a tech non-profit, from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they provided direct support to those in need while ensuring radical transparency for donors.

Currently, Pearl holds the position of Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships at Tiltify since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Charity Partnerships Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2022. Pearl started their journey with Tiltify in 2020 as a Charity Success Manager, where they drove fundraising growth by working closely with non-profit clients and providing strategic planning and guidance. Pearl also played a key role in engaging Spanish and Portuguese speaking non-profit clients by translating materials and conducting trilingual product demos.
