Mel Wallace

Marketing Director

Mel Wallace has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, Mel works at Tilting Point as the Marketing Director, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Mel served as the Senior Marketing Manager at Tilting Point from April 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining Tilting Point, Mel worked at Electronic Arts (EA) for a significant period. At EA, Mel held various positions, starting as an Associate Product Marketing Manager from March 2009 to June 2011. They then became a Product Marketing Manager for The Simpsons: Tapped Out, where they played a crucial role in driving over 300 Million Downloads and engaging an audience of over 6 Million Daily Active Users. Mel also formulated a successful community strategy that resulted in over 1.4 million fans.

Prior to EA, Mel worked as a Product Manager at THQ Wireless from March 2008 to February 2009. Additionally, Mel served as an Executive Producer at Amp'd Mobile. In this role, they developed, pitched, and sold a show idea to Amp'd Mobile, producing 12 "mobisodes" on a tight schedule and limited budget from December 2006 to June 2007.

Mel Wallace completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication Management at the University of Southern California from 2006 to 2007. They also attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Television Production from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
