Thiago Lopes is a seasoned professional in telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Implementation Management & Governance at TIM Brasil since February 2008. With a robust background that includes roles as Mobile Access Implementation Manager and Specialist Engineer in Mobile Network Implementation, Thiago has extensive experience in project management, CAPEX and OPEX control, and network rollout strategies.
