Ajay James is an experienced professional in the fields of cybersecurity training and recruitment. Currently serving as an Academic Advisor at RedTeam Hacker Academy Pvt. Ltd. since February 2021, Ajay focuses on cultivating cybersecurity experts with comprehensive skills to address various security challenges. Prior to this role, Ajay worked as a Resource Specialist at NewAgeSys, Inc. from August 2019 to February 2021, overseeing recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
