Andrew Eade

Andrew Eade is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the food industry, having worked in various roles from Cook to Culinary Innovation Manager. Eade co-founded and owns The Birch Kawartha, a lakeside cottage rental in Ontario, which focuses on creating personalized guest experiences. Previously, Eade held significant positions including Chef de Cuisine at Pusateri's Fine Foods and Executive Sous Chef at Drake Hotel Properties. With a culinary management degree from George Brown College, Eade is noted for contributing to Canada’s iconic brands and leading culinary innovation at Tim Hortons since 2022.
