Christopher Paduch is an experienced professional with a strong background in design and project management within the architectural field. Currently serving as the Director of Design & Building Standards at Tim Hortons since June 2007, Christopher has previously held roles as Manager of Strategic Design & System Standards and Architectural Technologist, focusing on construction drawings, millwork, signage, and graphics for new restaurant locations in the US, alongside CAD management and training. Additionally, Christopher has been a Training Officer with the Cadet Instructors Cadre since July 2004, developing training plans and managing a team of instructors for cadets aged 12 to 18. Christopher began a career in architecture as a Co-Op Student with the City of Mississauga, where responsibilities included managing small construction projects and preparing bid documents. Christopher holds a diploma in Architectural Technology/Technician from Mohawk College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
