Fred Kuper, RSE, has extensive experience in maintenance and refrigeration operations, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager and Chief Refrigeration Operator at Tim Hortons since November 2015. Previous roles include Service Manager at Earl Horst Systems, Chief Refrigeration Operator and Maintenance Supervisor at Cargill, and various management positions at SCS Refrigeration Inc. and BlackBerry. Kuper began his career at Conestoga Cold Storage, where roles included Maintenance Manager and Technical Services Manager, and has also worked as a Millwright Crew Foreman and Metal Fabricator in earlier positions. Kuper holds an Industrial Millwright degree from Conestoga College, completed in 1996-1997 and 1986-1989.
