Technological Innovation in Medicine, or TIM for short, is a young alliance between the technical and medical world. Two worlds, sharing a long but separate history, where at the intersections new developments occur. These developments happen at such a fast pace, that clinical implementation often is delayed or even canceled. Moreover, as these two sides do not cooperate on a daily basis, great ideas get lost in translation.
