Matthias Kaniuth

Matthias Kaniuth is a seasoned Network and System Engineer with extensive experience in the IT and engineering sectors. Currently employed at Atos since July 2019, Matthias oversees daily operations and supports significant network engineering projects, utilizing products such as Cisco switches and firewalls, VMware vCenter, and Juniper firewalls. Previously, Matthias served as a Junior Network Security Engineer, focusing on Cisco switch configurations for national roll-outs in sensitive environments. Prior experience includes five years as a Product Application Expert in Drives at Schneider Electric, where expertise in electrical drive technology was leveraged to address customer challenges in the machinery industry. Additionally, Matthias gained practical engineering experience during an internship at Schneider Electric and operated independently in the photovoltaic systems construction sector. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Media, Communication, and Automation Systems from Hochschule Merseburg and studies at HTWK Leipzig.
