Timah was built to meet this moment. We acquire great SMEs from retiring owners and serve as a permanent, values-driven home to grow their legacies over the next generation. In parallel, we’re developing the region's next wave of SME leaders through the region’s first CEO Succession Program — a structured path for emerging operators to one day lead these businesses.
