Robert Steelquist

Author and Photographer at Timber Press

Robert Steelquist began their work experience as a Consultant/Planner at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in September 2021. Prior to that, they were self-employed since May 2014, taking on projects as a Naturalist, Author, Educator, and Consultant. Robert also worked as an Author and Photographer for Timber Press starting in May 2014. From September 2020 to November 2021, they served as an Interpretation and Communications Planner at Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve, where they developed an integrated and coordinated interpretation and outreach plan. Before that, from May 2019 to September 2020, they worked as a Consultant and Strategic Planning Facilitator for the Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve Trust Board, guiding them through a lean planning process to address multiple challenges.

Robert Steelquist attended The Evergreen State College from 1983 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Environmental Studies degree. Robert'sfield of study was Natural Sciences and Environmental Policy.
