Most Tahoe agents know the market. Few understand the people driving it.

At Timber & Tide Realty Co., we specialize in working with Bay Area clients purchasing and selling second homes in Truckee and North Lake Tahoe. Having lived and worked in both regions, we understand not just the properties—but the priorities, pace, and expectations of our clients.

This bi-market perspective allows us to guide you with insight that goes beyond comps and square footage.

Founded by Chris Fajkos, Timber & Tide Realty Co. was built on a simple idea: real estate should feel informed, thoughtful, and personal.

We understand both sides of the equation—how Bay Area buyers think and how Tahoe markets move. We live the lifestyle we represent and take pride in helping our clients navigate major decisions with confidence and clarity.

Timber & Tide Realty Co. offers guidance on a wide range of luxury properties, including private, amenity-rich communities, lakeside retreats, slope-side
chateaus and golf course estates. Licensed in both California and
Nevada and serving buyers and sellers in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe
regions.
