Lisa Madore, SHRM-CP, PHR, MBA, serves as the Director of Human Resources at TimberHP, where strategic HR initiatives are implemented to align with organizational goals. As a Co-Founder and Co-owner of EliteFusion HR Consulting, Lisa partners with small to medium-sized businesses to develop tailored HR strategies. In addition, Lisa advocates for wellness with Hugh and Grace, mentors women in health transformation, and plays a vital role as a Member of the Board of Directors at Unity Ambulance Inc. Previous experience includes multi-site HR leadership roles at Ware-Butler Building Supply and Backyard Farms, along with HR management at The Shyft Group and participation on various community boards. Lisa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Thomas College.
