Steve Fleck has over 25 years of experience in demand planning and account management, currently serving in the role of Account Planning and Merchandising at Timberland since May 2013. Prior to Timberland, Fleck worked as a Demand Manager at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies from September 2008 to September 2012, and held the position of Demand Planner at Nike from March 1996 to September 2008. Fleck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Western University, attending from 1991 to 1995, and completed studies at Barrie Central Collegiate between 1986 and 1991.
