Keith Pearson

As an Associate Vice President at Timberline, Keith expertly manages all on-site aspects of projects to ensure on-time completion and a seamless client turnover. Clients consistently attest to their positive experience interfacing with Keith and his willingness to go above and beyond in serving their needs.

Keith’s 20 years of industry experience encompasses corporate fit-outs, commercial building repositioning and numerous science and technology projects with specialized expertise in research and process labs, vivariums, clean-room and SCIF environments. Keith has successfully overseen many complex projects in fully-operational facilities where attention to detail and safety is paramount while minimizing downtime. He has completed projects for Sarepta Therapeutics, Sage Therapeutics, MIT Lincoln Labs, Lockheed Martin and Analog Devices, to name just some.

Prior to joining Timberline in 2014, Keith was a Vice President, Construction Superintendent at JLL Construction / Spaulding & Slye, playing a key role in many notable projects: Boston Scientific’s 700,000 SF main distribution facility in Quincy and Charles River Labs’ 80,000 SF Wilmington Research Facility renovation, among others.
