Timberlyne’s lead program, CM313, is an IgG1 monoclonal antibody with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity that targets CD38. By targeting CD38, highly expressed on plasma cells, NK cells, and other immune cells, CM313 can modulate multiple arms of the immune system leading to both rapid and durable responses across a range of autoimmune diseases. CM313 has been tested in numerous disease states including Immune Thrombocytopenia, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, and relapsed/refractory Multiple Myeloma.

Timberlyne plans to develop CM313 across a broad range of autoimmune indications. Launched in 2024, Timberlyne has raised $180 million from leading life sciences investors.
