Mark McDonald

Mark McDonald is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and beverage operations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Timbertruss since August 2022, Mark focuses on people leadership, cultural change, and sustainable competitive advantage. Previous roles include Executive General Manager at Bega Cheese Limited overseeing both Beverage Operations and the Ingredients Business Unit, as well as leadership positions at Manassen Foods Australia, Murray Goulburn, and Lion Dairy & Drinks. Mark has a strong background in business analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and operational excellence across multiple industries including dairy and food. Mark holds an MBA from RMIT University and has completed various executive education programs, including a Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
