Fion L. is the co-founder and CEO of Time Auction, a charity that promotes volunteerism, which started as a side project in 2014 and was registered as a charity in 2017. In 2020, they launched a platform that connects skilled volunteers with nonprofits, addressing a talent gap in the nonprofit sector. The Time Auction community has contributed over 160,000 volunteer hours. They previously worked as a Product Evangelist at Notey and as an Analyst at Barclays, and they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. They are the co-founder of Mindful Movement, which hosts monthly meditation events.
